Number One Fan

Yep! The boys have one...

Mrs. Polly, who goes to my parents church, reads our blog and has fallen in love with my boys! How sweet is that?! She tells my mom how much she loves to read about them, see the latest pics, and laugh at a few of their videos. It is nice to know you make someone's day by writing about your babies...

Well when Clay and I were on vacation the boys took a little visit to see Mrs. Polly. They had a great time! Here is a pic of the boys and Mrs. Polly...

THANK YOU MRS. POLLY for keeping up the Kimsey's and loving us so much! We will visit again soon...

1...2...3...4!!!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to ME (and Clay of course)!!!

Yep, 4 years ago to the day I was in Mt. Pleasant getting my hair and make up done. And now my hair hasn't been washed in days and I am wearing make up from yesterday. How things have changed...

But I wouldn't have it any other way. I LOVE my life and I have been blessed beyond words. My parents always prayed for our (my brothers and myself) spouses and I am so glad they did because I wound up with best husband there is. Thoughtful, loving, sincere, content and caring are some of the best ways to describe him. He is my best friend and I am his as well. I love that.

We weren't doing "gifts" because we made a big purchase recently that is a big gift to each of us but look what I did get in the mail today... (these pics are pictures taken of pictures on paper so not the best quality and don't give quite the whole effect)...

(208 weeks... a lil blurry)

Now that is creative... and takes a lot of time to think through. So sweet. Thank you Clay! (and I hope you don't mind me sharing, I just wanted to brag on you a little... or a LOT)

Perfection

This weekend was perfect. Clay and I kept telling each other over and over how nice it was to have a weekend with nothing to do but be with the babes at home! The pictures will summarize the weekend...

We went out to eat on Friday night and the boys enjoyed pickles for the first time...

Chutter
Mills

We headed out Saturday after the boys naps to go to an annual Bar-B-Q cook off here in Gainesville. To our amazement, we had a pretty good time and so did the boys. They got their first taste of some real barbecue and fried Oreos...

Had to go shirtless on the way home
after getting messy with those ribs!

We headed home to take naps and then cooked out with the boys on our deck. They were such a pleasure and after we were done with our meal they just started rubbing their eyes and it was time for bed...

On Sunday, we came home from church and had our friends' Allison and Drew over to have lunch on the porch. Before the boys went down for their nap, we had fun driving them around in their cars for the first time...

Chutters is so cool when he rides...

And to really end the weekend with a bang, we decided to go swimming at 7 pm on Sunday night (their normal bedtime). They were so exhausted but they LOVED their first time in the pool! At quarter till 9 we decided it was time for us to end this fun weekend...
