Lately

We finally got our tubes last week! YAY! Hopefully no more ear infections!!!

The procedure went very well and I was so thankful to have my mom there to help me with the process. They did very well but were pretty sad after it was done and slept the majority of that day.

We have been busy with my mom having been here so I really haven't gotten to post lately but I do have a few (phone) pics of the boys...

Before We Got Sick

We went to Wamlart, visited Daddy at work, got Mexican and went grocery shopping!

What is up...

with US!?

Sick again. Charlie was up all last night with high fever. We went to the doctor this morning and they can't find anything wrong with him. We just have to wait... He has continued to have fever all day today and just seems so helpless and pathetic.

While Clay and I were in the room last night helping Charlie in the dark, Miller woke up and just watched us for about a half hour from his crib. It was so sweet. He didn't say a word. Just rested his chin on the crib rail and watched us rock Charlie, put him back to bed, rock him again, put him back to bed...ect...ect. I guess he just knew why we were in there and so he just looked on as his brother was trying to be comforted. Here was a pic I snapped in the dark while I was waiting for Clay to get done rocking Char. It was so cute because it was so dark that you could just see his little image standing up watching everything going on.

Here are some other pics of my sweet baby boy today. I had to give him a bath to cool him down from 103.8!

As of this second, Miller is napping and Charlie seems to be feeling a little better (still has fever but is in better spirits)

I hate to say it, but I guess we are just sickly people. Who would have thought?

10 months Old...

Good morning! Guess what? We are 10 months old today! Wow. Well, I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Weekend at the Lake...

The boys and I got home from Charleston/St. Simons this past Thursday night, and we were out the door the next day to spend the weekend on the lake with friends.

Lucy and Grant (friends we met through Clay's friend Zach) have a lake house on Smith Lake in Alabama. It is actually a gorge that they flooded so it is over 75 feet deep in front of their house and just a little further out is over 250 feet deep! Because it is a gorge it has rock shore line which makes it a very clean lake.

We really had a fun time getting to hang out with friends. Not only did we enjoy the lake, but the boys enjoyed it too. They were able to hang out on the lake just like the rest of us... I don't have many pics because we never got our camera out but here are a few from camera phones...

I don't know why it is, but whenever I get too many pictures from too many events, I totally avoid blogging. It just becomes overwhelming to download and organize all the pictures... So... Sorry.

I have downloaded the pictures from many events like a day trip to Greenville, our beach trip to St. Simons, 4th of July in Charleston, ect. I hope to get some of those things documented soon!

Gerber Baby (or Babies)

We are back from the beach and back from Charleston, but we are heading out in a few hours to go to our friends lake house in Alabama. Once I get my life back in order I will definitely share pics from our adventures...
